Buy and redeem
Check the status board on the way past. The clock starts at redemption.

Download the loader
One loader covers every build you own. Keep it out of synced folders.

Run as administrator
Sign in with the account you bought with. Your keys load automatically.

Game first, then inject
Main menu, alt-tab, press load. Doing it backwards is the top support ticket.

Set your binds
Insert opens the menu. Save the config and it's there next session.
Troubleshooting
When it won't load.
Five problems cover most tickets.
Loader opens then closes
Antivirus quarantining it. Move the loader to its own folder and exclude that folder. Third-party AV needs its own exclusion.
Key already in use
One machine at a time. Close it on the other machine and wait a minute. Support can clear the session if you can't.
Insert doesn't open the menu
Either the build hasn't finished loading, or something else owns the key. Rebind it in loader settings before launching.
Overlay missing or misplaced
Fullscreen windowed, not exclusive. On multiple monitors, put the game on the primary one.
Worked yesterday, not today
Check the status page first. If the game patched overnight there is nothing to fix on your end.
