Seconds. The key is generated by the payment webhook, no manual step.
Payment methods?

Do I need an account?
One is made at checkout. Email and a password, nothing else.
Does it renew?
No. Nothing recurring, nothing stored for a later charge.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Keys aren't tied to an account until they're redeemed.

Builds
Which should I start with?
External if you want light and cheap. Private Internal if you want everything and a seat is open.
Can I run two at once?
External and Unlock All, yes. Private Internal already has the cosmetics.
Mac or Linux?
No. Windows 10 and 11 on real hardware.
Why cap Private Internal?
Update speed and support quality drop past a certain number of users.
Are configs shared between builds?
Across machines yes, between builds no.

How do I know if something's down?
The status page. It changes the moment staff change a label.
What happens to my key during downtime?
The clock pauses and the time is added back.
How long does a patch take?
Six hours for a routine update. A day or two for an engine change.
Do updates cost extra?
No, included on every key length.

Refunds and support
Can I get a refund?
If it won't run and support can't fix it, within 24 hours. The refund policy has the rest.
How do I reach support?
Discord ticket or email. Median first reply is eleven minutes during the day.
Someone is reselling cheaper. Real?
No. We have no resellers. Every real key comes from this site.
Will you say what went wrong?
Outages get written up on the status page with what broke.
